I came home last night to find this Polaroid camera on my kitchen table. My parents are sorting out their loft and yes, most of what is stored up there is now moving to mine! Although l had mentioned this camera some time ago and thought it had actually been given away years ago.
It brings back many childhood memories. I have a polaroid image of myself at Christmas, maybe at about 4/5years of age. Wearing a paper hat and stood next to my present from Santa – an artists easel board, one the chalk ones.
I can actually never remember a true to life photograph coming out of this camera, the colours just never looked right and lm sure my dad always thought there was something wrong with it. Even so, would love to see if it still works…
